The LEISUWASH S90 touchless automatic car wash machine manufactured by Hangzhou Leisuwash has completed installation, Vietnamese-language system commissioning and 72-hour full-load trial operation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After operation and maintenance training for staff, the unit was officially delivered to the store and put into service, further improving Leisuwash’s market layout across southern Vietnam.
As Vietnam’s economic hub, Ho Chi Minh City boasts a large fleet of private vehicles and new energy cars. The local climate features year-round high temperature and high humidity, heavy rainfall in rainy seasons, plus coastal salt spray that easily triggers equipment corrosion and aging. After comprehensive comparison, the operator chose the LEISUWASH S90. Targeted optimizations include 304 stainless steel water pipelines and a double-layer anti-corrosion body. The electrical control system achieves IP55 ingress protection and is equipped with heat dissipation, voltage stabilization and lightning protection modules, enabling long-term stable operation amid harsh local climate conditions.
Equipped with an AI alignment-free sensing system, the model automatically identifies sedans, SUVs, pickups and other vehicle types. A complete washing cycle including pre-wash, foam application, coating and air drying can be finished within 90 seconds. The machine features a full Vietnamese touchscreen interface compatible with local payment methods and supports 24-hour unattended self-service operation. The supporting cloud backend enables remote real-time monitoring of equipment status. Variable frequency configuration drastically cuts consumption of water, electricity and consumables, while the modular structure facilitates routine maintenance.
The whole project follows standardized delivery procedures: before shipment, the equipment obtained ASEAN TISI certification and was adapted to local voltage, then shipped by sea to Ho Chi Minh Port. Leisuwash Southeast Asian engineers cooperated with the local team to complete construction and multiple rounds of condition testing, and delivered full hands-on training to all staff. Supported by Vietnam’s local spare parts warehouse and on-site after-sales personnel, customers gain access to regular inspections, expedited spare parts supply and 24-hour remote technical support.
