Equipped with 3D vehicle contour sensing technology, the machine dynamically adjusts high-pressure washing trajectories according to vehicle shapes. The whole workflow integrates high-pressure rinsing, foam spraying, paint coating and powerful air drying in full automation. Without any physical contact between brushes and the vehicle body, scratches on car paint can be fundamentally avoided. Supported by intelligent PLC control system, multi-language interface and 24-hour unattended self-service payment function, our equipment helps operators cut labor costs and boost sustainable operating profits.
