Bus-type Servo Motion Control System + AI Three-axis Motion Control Technology

One of the core technologies of LEISUWASH 370 PLUS is the bus servo motion control system supporting networked controller operation and AI three-axis motion control technology. Rotation, lateral movement and longitudinal movement can be coordinated simultaneously to optimize every washing process. The time for each corner maneuver is shortened from 5 seconds to 1.5 seconds. The nozzle always follows the vehicle contour to achieve uniform coverage without wasting consumables. Higher operating speed reduces consumption of water, chemical and power while improving car washing efficiency greatly.

Ultrasonic & Radar 3D Detection System

This innovative dual-wave fusion positioning system performs all-round measurement and positioning of vehicle shape and position. It supports automatic spare tire recognition and maintains an optimal 35cm washing distance consistently.Shorter spraying distance, powerful pressure and intelligent chemical proportioning system meet all three key cleaning requirements and deliver outstanding washing results.

360-Degree High-Pressure Washing

Utilizing custom-designed 316 stainless steel high-pressure nozzles with a 15-degree angle, supplied by Spray Systems (USA), with long range and powerful impact to remove stubborn dirt. The unique up-and-down offset layout separates top and side water streams to realize full-range high-pressure washing.

Combined with the bus servo motion system, the intelligent arm runs agilely and stably. A full cycle of high-pressure washing only takes 28 seconds, cutting consumption of water, power and chemicals and lowering operating costs.

Technical principle: With identical water pump and motor configuration, nozzle angle determines washing performance. Smaller angles deliver stronger impact and longer range; wider angles create larger atomized coverage with milder impact.

Operators can remotely control LEISUWASH 370 PLUS via web browser or mobile APP. One account can bind multiple car wash machines.
