The star model LEISUWASH S90 touchless automatic intelligent car wash machine manufactured by Hangzhou Leisuwash has completed full-equipment hoisting, water & power circuit renovation and localized commissioning of Thai-language system in Maha Sarakham, northeastern Thailand. After a 72-hour non-stop real-vehicle trial test under high-temperature and heavy-load conditions, standardized training covering equipment operation & maintenance and cloud backend management was delivered to store staff. The unit has successfully passed customer acceptance and officially entered commercial operation. This new installation further optimizes Leisuwash’s service layout in the Isan Economic Zone of northeastern Thailand and continuously expands the coverage of Chinese-made intelligent car wash equipment across ASEAN markets.

The machine frame adopts hot-dip galvanizing plus multi-layer anti-corrosion coating technology; the washing cantilever and all water pipeline fittings are made of 304 stainless steel to effectively resist corrosion caused by moisture and sediment. The electrical control cabinet reaches IP55 high ingress protection standard and is built with an independent heat dissipation air duct, enabling long-term outdoor operation under intense sunlight, greatly cutting equipment failure rates in rainy seasons and annual maintenance expenses.In terms of washing performance, the machine is fitted with an ultrasonic full-range AI sensing system.
