Two LEISUWASH S90 touchless automatic car wash machines have completed hoisting, pipeline installation, Russian-language system commissioning and 72-hour continuous real-vehicle testing in Novosibirsk, Russia. Operation and maintenance training for store staff has been fully finished. The machines passed acceptance and officially commenced commercial operation, setting a new benchmark for Leisuwash’s market layout in Siberia.
Novosibirsk serves as the transportation and industrial hub of Siberia. It features long and frigid winters with temperatures dropping to -30°C. Road snow and de-icing salt cause persistent corrosion to vehicle bodies and equipment. After extensive comparison, the local business operator purchased two units of S90. Equipped with a complete set of low-temperature anti-freezing circulating pipelines and a thickened anti-corrosion frame made of 304 stainless steel, the machines resist corrosion from de-icing salt and deliver stable continuous operation under severe cold conditions.

Fitted with an AI alignment-free sensing system, the equipment automatically recognizes sedans, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. A full washing cycle including pre-wash, PA foam application, wax coating and high-power air drying can be finished within 90 seconds. The machine adopts a Russian touchscreen interface, supports local payment methods and 24-hour unattended operation. The cloud backend monitors operating data of both units in real time. Featuring variable frequency energy-saving design, it effectively cuts water and power consumption, and the modular structure facilitates routine maintenance in cold regions.
Before shipment, the two machines obtained EAC certification and were adapted to local Russian voltage standards, delivered to the destination via the China-Europe Railway Express. Leisuwash regional after-sales team completed site construction and calibration of anti-freezing systems, and delivered specialized training covering equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Supported by the local spare parts warehouse in Russia, customers can enjoy regular inspections, rapid spare parts delivery and round-the-clock remote technical support.
At present, LEISUWASH car wash equipment has been deployed in multiple Russian cities including Moscow, Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk. The simultaneous launch of two S90 units in Novosibirsk proves high market recognition of the brand across Siberia. Moving forward, Leisuwash will keep optimizing exclusive models for frigid regions and improve the overseas localized service system. With reliable intelligent equipment Made in China, Leisuwash will boost the intelligent transformation of Russia’s auto service industry.
