Independently developed and manufactured by Hangzhou Leisuwash Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd., the premium touchless automatic car wash LEISUWASH 380 PLUS has completed hoisting, pipeline installation, Russian-language system commissioning and 72-hour non-stop full-condition trial operation in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Standardized operation and maintenance training was delivered to on-site staff. Having successfully passed customer acceptance, the unit has officially entered commercial operation, bringing smart cleaning power of Chinese intelligent manufacturing to the auto service market of the Ural Industrial Belt.
Located on the Eurasian boundary at the eastern foot of the Ural Mountains, Chelyabinsk serves as a core industrial hub in central Russia. The region boasts a large fleet of private passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Roads suffer severe contamination from dust and winter de-icing salt, accompanied by prolonged cold seasons with temperatures dropping as low as -30°C. Such harsh conditions impose stringent requirements on car wash equipment in terms of cold resistance, anti-salt-spray corrosion and stable all-weather performance. After evaluating multiple imported equipment solutions, local auto service operators selected the flagship LEISUWASH 380 PLUS, primarily for its customized optimizations tailored to cold-climate regions in Russia.

The deployed LEISUWASH 380 PLUS adopts a bus servo AI three-axis intelligent profiling washing system integrated with ultrasonic radar sensing technology. No ground positioning rails are required; the system automatically identifies sedans, SUVs and light trucks upon free parking. The 360° rotating high-pressure water arm follows vehicle contours to precisely cover car bodies, wheels and undercarriages, thoroughly removing snow, sediment and corrosive residues left by de-icing agents. Equipped with a complete circulating heating anti-freezing pipeline system, the machine features an integrated thickened 304 stainless steel frame coated with multi-layer anti-salt-spray paint. It fundamentally prevents pipeline freezing and corrosion caused by de-icing chemicals, enables uninterrupted stable operation in extreme cold, and greatly cuts annual maintenance costs for operators.
In terms of washing procedures, the machine integrates full functions including pre-wash heavy dirt decomposition, PA foam soaking, paint sealing coating, spot-free RO pure water rinsing and high-power silent air drying. A full washing cycle takes merely 120 seconds. A protective film forms on vehicle surfaces after washing to reduce adhesion of snow and dust in winter, meeting local drivers’ demand for long-term paint care. The machine is fitted with a fully Russian visual touch terminal compatible with local card and QR payment channels. Supported by a cloud remote management backend, operators can check order records, equipment operating status and automatic fault alerts in real time, enabling 24/7 unattended self-service operation ideally suited for gas stations and chain auto beauty stores. Built-in variable frequency energy-saving modules reduce water and power consumption by over 35% compared with conventional car wash machines, delivering prominent advantages in long-term operating costs.
Every phase from factory shipment to commissioning follows standardized procedures. Prior to delivery, the equipment passed national standard tests and Eurasian EAC safety certification. The control and power supply modules were customized to comply with Russian local standards. Units were packed in IPPC fumigated solid wooden cases for moisture and shock resistance and transported directly via China-Europe Railway Express. Upon arrival, Leisuwash’s Russian after-sales team oversaw infrastructure coordination, equipment fixing, anti-freezing pipeline construction and multiple rounds of real-vehicle commissioning. During acceptance, store staff received specialized training on maintenance procedures, rapid fault troubleshooting and backend data management, followed by signing of formal acceptance documents. Supported by Leisuwash’s local Russian warehouse network, customers enjoy scheduled quarterly on-site inspections, expedited spare parts delivery and 24-hour remote technical support, eliminating operational worries for overseas outlets.
As of 2026, LEISUWASH intelligent car wash equipment has been deployed in dozens of Russian cities including Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Samara and Kaliningrad, covering thousands of auto service outlets. Thanks to its cold resistance, durability, intelligent efficiency and comprehensive local supporting services, the brand has built a solid reputation in Russia’s automotive aftermarket. The launch of the flagship 380 PLUS in Chelyabinsk marks Leisuwash’s improved market layout across the Ural Economic Belt and further increases the market share of Chinese automatic car wash equipment in Eastern Europe.
A senior representative from Hangzhou Leisuwash stated that the brand will continue to deepen its presence in Russia and Eastern Europe. Customized equipment solutions will be iterated to suit regional climates and store scenarios, while overseas spare parts warehouses and professional local service teams will be expanded. With dependable intelligent car wash machines and one-stop overseas implementation services, Leisuwash will keep exporting high-quality Chinese intelligent cleaning equipment to drive intelligent upgrading of the global auto service industry.
