Spring warms the air and all things thrive. In the vibrant month of March, Hangzhou Leisu Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully convened its first staff meeting of 2017. Composed mainly of the post-80s and post-90s generation, our team is energetic, youthful and innovative. Centered on coordination, communication, objectives, direction, responsibility and commitment, the meeting gathered more than 60 employees for open dialogue. Everyone strengthened collaboration, united efforts for corporate growth and forged ahead toward new milestones.
Over more than two years of development, Leisu’s team has expanded from over ten initial members to more than 60 staff, advancing steadily toward large-scale, standardized and modernized operation. A sound management framework has been established, consisting of six core centers: R&D Center, Production Management Center, Marketing Center, After-sales Service Center, Administration Center and Finance Center. Each center is staffed with professional supervisors under clear accountability systems.

The year 2017 marks a landmark stage for Leisu. The standardized new factory covering 5,000 square meters has been officially commissioned, supporting an annual production and sales capacity of 1,500 units. Since establishment, we have kept innovating products, improving quality and optimizing after-sales service with rising performance. Starting as a small startup, Leisu has grown into one of China’s leading car wash machine exporters, winning recognition from clients across the globe.
