Two LEISUWASH SG PLUS automatic contour car wash machines have arrived at the partner store in Goseong, South Korea. Ongoing work includes equipment hoisting and positioning, water & power wiring, as well as pre-commissioning of the Korean-language control system. The overall installation progresses steadily, and the project will soon enter the stage of trial operation and acceptance.
Located on South Korea’s eastern coast, Goseong features high salinity in coastal air and humid rainy weather all year round. Local vehicle owners have strong demand for delicate paint care services. The client purchased two SG PLUS units to build a dual-lane car wash layout, boosting the store’s handling capacity to cope with traffic peaks on workdays and holidays.
Equipped with a high-precision servo contour washing system, LEISUWASH SG PLUS automatically adapts to sedans and SUVs with gentle washing movements to avoid paint damage. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel with anti-salt-spray anti-corrosion treatment, the machine is tailor-made for humid, high-salinity coastal conditions in South Korea.
The system comes with a Korean user interface, supports mainstream local payment methods and 24/7 unattended self-service operation. Its variable-frequency energy-saving design helps cut long-term water and electricity costs for operators.
Before shipment, all equipment passed export quality inspection and voltage adaptation for South Korean standards, then delivered to the site via ocean freight. Local Leisuwash after-sales engineers supervise the whole installation. Subsequent procedures cover integrated machine testing, operation & maintenance training for store staff, and a 72-hour full-load trial run. Upon completion and handover, this project will strengthen Leisuwash’s market presence in the automotive service sector along South Korea’s eastern coastline.
